A consulting civil engineer with over forty years of experience in structural design, seismic reinforcement, and technical supervision. He has worked on a wide range of projects in Syria and Lebanon, including government buildings, hospitals, service facilities, and residential towers. He possesses exceptional expertise in handling complex structures, reinforcing heritage buildings, and metallic constructions. In his work, he strives to achieve a balance between structural safety, sustainability, and execution efficiency.

Dr. Eng. MHD Amer Al-Maradni

Founder & CEO

A consulting engineer with over 20 years of experience in the development and investment of real estate. During his career, he has successfully managed more than 100 local and international projects, ranging from residential and commercial to mixed-use developments, with an emphasis on structural safety and compliance with international standards. He is an expert in urban planning, engineering consultancy, permit management, regulatory development, real estate investment, and quality assurance and sustainability. Additionally, he is a certified instructor in structural design and analysis software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP) from reputable institutions such as ExecuTrain and Edexcel.
