The "Wedding Hall" project presents an integrated interior vision for a space dedicated to major events, covering a total area of 880 m² with a capacity for up to 500 guests. The design relies on achieving a balance between luxury and functionality through a well-studied spatial layout that ensures smooth circulation and guest comfort, alongside a visual identity aligned with the nature of the events.

Functional Spaces: The study focused on organizing the seating and service areas in a manner that guarantees smooth movement and efficiently accommodates guest capacity, with a deliberate distribution of lighting elements and interior details. The study also included selecting materials, finishes, and decorative elements that suit the venue's luxurious character, alongside integrating modern lighting systems that highlight the spaces and enhance the ambiance of various events.

Work Phases and Execution Methodology:

Phase One: Requirements Study and Space Planning

The study began by understanding the operational nature and requirements of the wedding hall, followed by spatial analysis and defining the functional relationships between various zones, while studying guest and service circulation to ensure a practical and flexible layout.

Preliminary schematics were also prepared, establishing the locations of seating areas, services, and key elements in alignment with the project's capacity and intended use.

Phase Two: Design and Executive Drawings

The study then progressed to developing the interior design of the hall and defining the visual identity and decorative elements, alongside preparing precise executive drawings detailing the design specifics and element distribution within the space.

Additionally, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications were prepared for the required materials, finishes, and items, contributing to the determination of preliminary project needs and costs, and supporting an organized transition to the execution phase.
