Aseer Time Store

A Commercial Experience with a Contemporary Industrial Style

Location: United States of America – Michigan

Scope of Study: Interior design, commercial space planning, executive drawing preparation

This project stands out as a vibrant commercial space designed to combine modernity, clarity, and functionality, following a contemporary industrial style that aligns with the visual identity of the "Aseer Time" brand, while focusing on creating an interactive and comfortable environment for visitors.

The design relies on combining raw materials with vibrant colors inspired by the brand identity, alongside an open preparation area that enhances customer interaction and the transparency of the service experience, supported by well-planned lighting and simple, practical furniture.

Spatial planning also focuses on organizing the preparation, ordering, and customer circulation areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and smooth movement within the store.

Work Phases and Execution Methodology

Phase One: Architectural Survey and Requirements Study

The process begins with understanding the store's operational needs and the visual identity of the "Aseer Time" brand, followed by studying the Michigan site, analyzing space, customer flow, and service circulation, and preparing preliminary schematics.

Phase Two: Design and Executive Drawings

This phase included developing the interior design and commercial space layout according to contemporary industrial character, along with selecting materials, finishes, and interior elements, preparing executive drawings, and assessing the project's preliminary costs.
